2. Your account
A buyer account is required to place orders. Keep contact details accurate, protect your password and report suspected unauthorised access to support. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details in chat.
3. Offers and orders
Before ordering, check the description, price, seller, availability, warranty and delivery terms. Orders appear in your account. The seller confirms fulfilment and communicates changes; extra paid conditions require buyer agreement.
4. Payment and delivery
Available payment and delivery methods appear at checkout. Online payments are handled by the connected provider for the relevant seller. Confirm delivery timing, fees and shipment information with the seller. The platform does not ask for transfers through messages from unknown individuals.
5. Returns and warranty
Product quality, completeness, warranty, returns and refunds are handled with the seller under applicable Ukrainian law and the offer terms. Seller terms cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights. Create a request from your account; support helps with the platform and communication.
6. Sellers and content
Seller accounts are activated for FOP or TOV businesses after administrator review. Sellers are responsible for accurate offers, rights to images and videos, stock and their obligations. Illegal goods, misleading content and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
7. Data and privacy
Contact details are used to run your account, fulfil orders and handle requests. Information is shared with the seller, delivery service or payment provider as required for the service. Contact support to access, correct or request deletion of data, subject to applicable document-retention obligations.
8. Cookies and messages
The website uses essential cookies and browser local storage for secure sign-in and preferences. Support conversations are retained; attachments are accessible to the conversation owner and support administrators. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. 9. Requests and updates
Discuss product disputes with the seller first. Report platform errors, inappropriate content or communication issues to support. The current terms are published here. Updates do not remove mandatory legal rights or agreed terms of existing orders.
