The account uses your name, phone, region, city and optional email. Passwords are stored as hashes. Orders use recipient contacts, destination, items, amounts and statuses; support requests use messages, attachments and replies. These support sign-in, order fulfilment, communication and security.
Sellers receive their own order and message data. Administrators and support operators access information within their roles. When an integration is used, carriers receive delivery information and payment providers receive payment information. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page. Do not attach unnecessary identity documents or secrets.
A session cookie supports sign-in and form protection. Local storage remembers the cart, language, favorites and recently viewed products on this device. On shared devices, sign out and clear browser data. This does not delete server-side orders.
Use Contacts to request information about your data, corrections or deletion. Support verifies ownership before changes; never send passwords or bank codes.
